This terms of service is only applicable in Malaysia.
1.1 The Terms of Service (‘Terms’) shall govern your use of our website: “ www.e-shirudo.com ” operated by CLEANERA MALAYSIA SDN BHD (‘CEM’).
1.2 By using our website, you shall be deemed have fully accepted and bound by the terms. You shall cease using the website in the event you disagree with these terms.
2. Registration and accounts
2.1 You may complete and submit the registration thereafter click on the verification link.
2.2 You agree and undertake the information provided is accurate and complete.
2.3 You shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and all activities that occur pursuant to your account.
2.4 You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.1 This website might have contained links to other websites owned by third parties.
3.2 You are fully aware and agree that we shall not be held responsible for any content and/or your action in accessing to those links.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 All contents, texts, images, videos, data, information and other material (‘Content’) displayed, available or present on this website, including any trademarks or copyrights, shall be the proprietary information and property of the designated owner.
4.2 You shall not link to, reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, modify, or display this website and/or any content without our prior permission.
5.1 It shall be our discretion to terminate your access in the circumstances we deem fit and proper without prior notice to you.
5.2 Upon termination, your right to access the Service shall cease immediately and your account shall be cancelled.
6. Warranty and Delivery
6.1 All warranties on products (the ‘Products’), that are listed in the catalogue issued by CEM or displayed on CEM’s website (the ‘Catalogue’) are based on warranties of each product specification.
6.2 CEM may of good business will, replace all or part of the Products purchased free of charge if the damage, deformation or defects to the Products (the ‘Defects’) are sufficiently proven attributable to CEM, SUBJECT ALWAYS on the following conditions:
(i) Written notification stating the sufficient details of the defects and reach to CEM within the warranty period;
(ii) CEM acknowledges the defects are attributable to CEM and the decision shall be final;
(iii) The replacement, either by part of full, made by CEM to the customer shall be construed as full and final settlement where parties shall have no further claims against each other.
6.3 The warranty shall exclude:
(i) Defects caused by Force Majeure (including but not limited to earthquakes, fires, flood, and explosion);
(ii) Customer failure to comply with the specifications, instructions and warnings provided in relation to the Products;
(iii) Unauthorized act of Customer in processing, repairing, modifying or disassembling the Products.
6.4 The Warranty period is according to the specification of each products or provided by sales person.
6.5 Within seven (7) working days upon receipt of the Products, the Customer must inspect the Products to confirm below details are as per purchased:
(i) The products name received are tally with purchase order.
(ii) The products’ part/model number received are tally with purchase order.
(iii) The quantity received is tally with purchase order.
(iv) The products received are not defective before start using the products.
6.6 The Customer shall give written notification with details to CEM within seven (7) working days upon receipt of the Products if the products received are not as purchased. CEM may deem that the Products have been inspected and accepted by Customer if does not receive any notification within seven (7) working days upon receipt of the Products by the Customer.
6.7 If you found any defects on products which you purchased, and they are :
(i) Within the warranty period; and,
(ii) Conform with clause 6.3

7.1 Certain services which you subscribe through this website may require you to provide personal information such as your name, address, email address, contact and other information.
7.2 We shall reply on such personal information provided by you in responding queries, sending newsletters, product information, any updates and other related information.
7.3 We will not disclose your information that we collect through your use of our website to third parties. However, we shall be entitled to disclose under the following:
(i) Required by law;
(ii) To protect, investigate, detect criminal offenses or attacks on the technical integrity of the website or our network;
(iii) To protect the rights of CEM, the other users of the website or the public.
7.4 You acknowledged and agreed that it is our right proving your information to our employees, contractors, agents, and designers for maintenance and up keeping of our website.

7.7 You may turn off cookies in your browser. By switching off the cookies, we might not able to track the history of your activities on our website such as purchase records. Besides, there will also be a risk that you may not be able to log in to your account.
7.8 This terms of service may be revised from time to time.
8. Payment method
8.1 Payment for the products can be made as follows:
(i) Credit card;
(ii) Online banking;
9. Order Cut-Off
9.1 Orders received before 12:30pm will be processed on the same working day.
9.2 Orders received after 12:30pm would consider next working day’s order and will be processed on the second working day.
9.3 All orders shall be processed during working days, within business operation hours.
10. Changing or Cancelling Orders
10.1 Request of changing or cancelling orders could only be made within 24 hours after the placement of order. Changing or cancelling orders shall be processes during working days, within business operation hours.
